Build Delivery Sample Clauses

The Build Delivery clause defines the obligations and procedures for delivering the completed construction or project work to the client. It typically outlines the timeline for delivery, the required standards or specifications the finished build must meet, and the process for inspection or acceptance by the client. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on when and how the project will be handed over, helping to prevent disputes about completion and ensuring the client receives the agreed-upon deliverable.
