Bug Correction Clause Samples

Bug Correction. Vendor shall use its best efforts to correct any software bugs in the Product(s). Customer, any other participating BOCES, and any school district Licensee shall allow Vendor in each instance the opportunity to make repeated efforts within a reasonable time to correct any such bugs.
