Budgets and Financial Projections. The Company will, as promptly as practicable, deliver to Cellectis copies of all annual budgets and financial projections (including initial annual budgets and reforecasts after the first and third quarters of each fiscal year, each consistent in terms of format and detail mutually agreed upon by the Parties) relating to the Company on a consolidated basis and will provide Cellectis an opportunity to meet with management of the Company to discuss such budgets and projections.
