Budgets and Financial Projections. Newmark will, as promptly as practicable, deliver to BGC Partners copies of all annual budgets and periodic financial projections (consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise required by BGC Partners) relating to Newmark on a consolidated basis and will provide BGC Partners an opportunity to meet with management of Newmark to discuss such budgets and projections. Newmark will continue to provide to BGC Partners projections on a monthly basis consistent with past practices, including income, cash flow and operating indicators, as well as capital expenditure detail on a quarterly basis. Such projections will be submitted electronically for inclusion in BGC Partners’ management reporting systems.

WhiteWave shall, as promptly as practicable and within Xxxx Foods’ standard budgeting timeline, deliver to Xxxx Foods copies of all annual and other budgets and financial projections (consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise required by Xxxx Foods) relating to WhiteWave on a consolidated basis and shall provide Xxxx Foods an opportunity to meet with management of WhiteWave to discuss such budgets and projections.

SunCoke will, as promptly as practicable, deliver to Sunoco copies of all annual budgets and periodic financial projections (consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise required by Sunoco) relating to SunCoke on a consolidated basis and will provide Sunoco an opportunity to meet with management of SunCoke to discuss such budgets and projections. SunCoke will continue to provide to Sunoco projections on a monthly basis consistent with past practices, including income, cash flow and operating indicators, as well as capital expenditure detail on a quarterly basis. Such projections will be submitted electronically for inclusion in Sunoco’s management reporting systems.
Budgets and Financial Projections. Kenvue will deliver to J&J periodic budgets and financial projections relating to Kenvue on a consolidated basis in accordance with J&J’s policies, procedures, practices and timelines (including J&J Worldwide Procedures) with respect to the preparation of budgets and financial projections in effect as of the Separation Date, as such policies, procedures, practices and timelines may be reasonably modified by J&J from time to time. Kenvue will provide J&J an opportunity to meet with management of Kenvue to discuss such budgets and projections.

Lone Pine shall, as promptly as practicable, deliver to Forest copies of all annual and other budgets and financial projections (consistent in terms of format and detail and as otherwise reasonably required by Forest) relating to Lone Pine on a consolidated basis and shall provide Forest an opportunity to meet with management of Lone Pine to discuss such budgets and projections.

HXXX will continue to provide to HBIO projections on a monthly basis consistent with past practices, including income, cash flow and operating indicators, as well as capital expenditure detail on a quarterly basis. Such projections will be submitted electronically for inclusion in HBIO’s management reporting systems.

Budgets and Financial Projections eCOST will, as promptly as practicable, deliver to PC Mall copies of all annual and other budgets and financial projections (consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise required by PC Mall) relating to eCOST on a consolidated basis and will provide PC Mall an opportunity to meet with management of eCOST to discuss such budgets and projections.
