Common use of Budget Amendment Clause in Contracts

Budget Amendment. i. Submit for prior approval a budget amendment request to the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇ when: A. Adding a subcontract. B. Terminating a subcontract. C. Redistributing 10% or more of the total allocation. ii. Any changes to the ELTA and Part C of IDEA must be according to the Exhibit titled Budget and Expenditures Workbook Definitions and Instructions. iii. The Budget Amendment Form, and if applicable the Subcontractor Budget Amendment Form, provided by the DCYF, must be used. iv. Written requests must be received at least one month prior to the effective date for any amendment. Final Budget Amendment requests must be received by the DCYF no later than the first day of May, within the Contract period.
