BTO Data Sample Clauses

BTO Data. All BTO Data shall be owned solely by BTO. BTO may use BTO Data for any purpose without the consent of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may use BTO Data solely in accordance with the rights and licenses granted to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ under Sections 3.4.2 and 9.3.2 and as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement. BTO Data shall be considered Confidential Information of BTO.
