Common use of Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers. Subject to the terms of that certain letter agreement dated June 29, 2005 between the Purchaser and Huntsman, neither of the Sellers, or any Affiliate of the Sellers, nor any of their respective partners, members, shareholders, directors, officers or employees has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby for which the Purchaser has liability.
