Common use of Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers. None of Purchaser or any of its executive officers or directors has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers. None No Company, nor any officers, directors or employees of Purchaser or any Company nor any Affiliate of its executive officers or directors any Company, has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated in by this Agreement.

None Except for Xxxxxxxxxx Securities, none of Purchaser the Company, its Subsidiaries or any of its their respective executive officers or directors has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

None of Purchaser the Sellers, Company or the Company Subsidiaries nor any of its executive officers their officers, directors or directors employees has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ ' fees in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreementhereby, other than Lathxx Xxxsxxxx & Xavix.
