Common use of Brokerage Accounts Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Accounts. The Adviser authorizes and empowers the Subadviser to direct the Fund's custodian to open and maintain brokerage accounts for securities and other property, including financial and commodity futures and commodities and options thereon (all such accounts hereinafter called "brokerage accounts") for and in the name of the respective Portfolios of the Fund listed on Schedule A hereto, and to execute for such Portfolios, as its agent and attorney-in-fact standard customer agreements with such broker or brokers as the Subadviser shall select as provided above. The Subadviser may, using such of the securities and other property in the Portfolio as the Subadviser deems necessary or desirable, direct the custodian to deposit for the Portfolio original and maintenance brokerage and margin deposits and otherwise direct payments of cash, cash equivalents and securities and other property into such brokerage accounts and to such brokers as the Subadviser deems desirable or appropriate.

The Subadviser may, using such of the securities and other property in the Portfolio as the Subadviser deems necessary or desirable, direct the custodian to deposit for the Portfolio original and maintenance brokerage and margin deposits and otherwise direct payments of cash, cash equivalents and securities and other property into such brokerage accounts and to such brokers as the Subadviser deems desirable or appropriate.

The Subadviser Subadvisor may, using such of the securities and other property in the Portfolio Fund as the Subadviser Subadvisor deems necessary or desirable, direct the Fund's custodian to deposit for the Portfolio Fund original and maintenance brokerage and margin deposits and otherwise direct payments of cash, cash equivalents and securities and other property into such brokerage accounts and to such brokers as the Subadviser Subadvisor deems desirable or appropriate.

The Adviser Sub-adviser authorizes and empowers the Subadviser Second Sub-adviser to direct the Fund's ’s custodian to open and maintain brokerage accounts for securities and other property, including financial and commodity futures and commodities and options thereon (all such accounts hereinafter called "“brokerage accounts"”) for and in the name of the respective Portfolios of the Fund listed on Schedule A hereto, Portfolio and to execute for such Portfolios, the Portfolio as its agent and attorney-in-fact standard customer agreements with such broker or brokers as the Subadviser Second Sub-adviser shall select as provided above. The Subadviser Second Sub-adviser may, using such of the securities and other property in the Portfolio as the Subadviser Second Sub-adviser deems necessary or desirable, direct the Fund’s custodian to deposit for the Portfolio original and maintenance brokerage and margin deposits and otherwise direct payments of cash, cash equivalents and securities and other property into such brokerage accounts and to such brokers as the Subadviser Sub-adviser deems desirable or appropriate.
