Broadbanding. (1) Advancement from one classification to another in the Austrade broadband will only occur where: (a) an employee’s performance is at least satisfactory; (b) there is sufficient work available at the higher classification level; and (c) the employee has the necessary skills and proficiencies to perform that work in accordance with the work level standards for that classification. (1) The APS Work Level Standards continue to operate and describe the work at each of the classification levels in this Agreement, consistent with the Public Service Classification Rules 2000 (PS Classification Rules), made in accordance with section 23 of the PS Act.
