Common use of Broad Programming Categories Clause in Contracts

Broad Programming Categories. Grantee shall provide or enable the provision of at least the following initial broad categories of programming to the extent such categories are reasonably available: (A) Educational programming; (B) Colorado news, weather & information; (C) Sports; (D) General entertainment (including movies); (E) Children/family-oriented; (F) Arts, culture and performing arts; (G) Foreign language; (H) Science/documentary; (I) National news, weather and information; and, (J) Public, Educational and Government Access, to the extent required by this Franchise.
