Broad Programming Categories Clause Samples

The 'Broad Programming Categories' clause defines the general types or genres of programming content that are covered or permitted under an agreement. It typically outlines the range of content—such as news, sports, entertainment, or educational programming—that a party may provide, distribute, or license. For example, it may specify that all forms of scripted and unscripted television shows are included, or it may set boundaries to exclude certain categories like adult content. This clause ensures clarity about the scope of content involved, preventing disputes over what types of programming are allowed or expected under the contract.
