Common use of Breakdown Notice Clause in Contracts

Breakdown Notice. ‌ Developer shall notify MIRA within twenty-four (24) hours following Developer’s dis- covery of any material malfunction in the operation of the CEF. MIRA shall notify De- veloper immediately upon its discovery of an emergency condition affecting the Property. The Parties shall each designate personnel and establish procedures for the provision of the aforesaid notices such that each Party may provide reasonable notice of such condi- tions at all times, including weekends and holidays.
