Common use of Break Policy Clause in Contracts

Break Policy. Residents are prohibited from living in the residence hall during Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring and Easter breaks. The contract does not cover housing during these periods. If a student desires to stay during a break, an email request must be submitted by the advertised due date for each break. There is a charge for staying on campus.
