Breach of Certain Provisions; Breach of Warranty. Failure of any Credit Party to (i) perform or comply with any term or condition contained in Section 2.4(a) as to Borrowers only, Sections 2.11(c), 3, 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3(h)(1); or (ii) perform, keep or observe any of the provisions of Section 2.3 or Section 4.3(d)(i) solely with respect to Borrowing Base Certificates, and solely with respect to Section 2.3 and Section 4.3(d)(i), such failure shall remain unremedied for fifteen (15) days or more; or

Failure of any Credit Party to (i) perform or comply with any term or condition contained in that portion of Section 2.4(a2.2 relating to the Credit Parties’ obligation to maintain insurance, Section 2.3, Section 3 or Section 4 (other than Sections 4.1(a), (b), (d)(ii), (d)(iii), (f) and (k), as to Borrowers only, Sections 2.11(c), 3, 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3(h)(1); or (ii) perform, keep or observe any which an Event of Default shall occur if the Credit Parties’ failure to comply with the provisions of Section 2.3 or Section 4.3(d)(isuch Sections shall continue for a period of five (5) solely with respect to Borrowing Base Certificates, and solely with respect to Section 2.3 and Section 4.3(d)(idays), such failure shall remain unremedied for fifteen (15) days or more; or

Failure of any Credit Party to (i) perform or comply with any term or condition contained in clause (a) of Section 2.4(a) 2.4 as to Borrowers only, Sections 2.11(c), 3, 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3(h)(1); or (ii) perform, keep or observe any of the provisions of Section 2.3 or Section 4.3(d)(i) solely with respect to Borrowing Base Certificates, and solely with respect to Section 2.3 and Section 4.3(d)(i), such failure shall remain unremedied for fifteen (15) days or more; or”
