Common use of Breach of Certain Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breach of Certain Covenants. Failure of the Borrower to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in Section 5.02 or Article 6 of this Agreement.

Breach of Certain Covenants. Failure (i) The Borrower shall fail to perform, comply with or observe any agreement, covenant or obligation under Section 2.3, under Sections 6.2 through 6.5 inclusive, or under Section 5.1(d) or 5.3 (insofar as it requires the preservation of the Borrower to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in Section 5.02 or Article 6 corporate existence of this Agreement.the Borrower);

Breach of Certain Covenants. Failure of the Borrower to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in subsection 2.5 or 6.2 or Section 5.02 or Article 6 7 of this Agreement.; or

Breach of Certain Covenants. Failure of the any Borrower to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in Section 5.02 5.02, 6.01, 6.03, 6.04 or Article 6 6.05 of this Agreement.; or

Breach of Certain Covenants. Failure of the Borrower to perform or comply with any covenant, term or condition contained in Section 5.02 5.2(a), Section 5.3 (with respect to the Borrower’s existence) or Article 6 of this Agreement.Section 6; or

Breach of Certain Covenants. Failure of the Borrower to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in (i) Section 5.02 5.02, 6.01, 6.03 or Article 6 6.04 of this Agreement or (ii) Section 6.05(b) of this Agreement., and in the case of clause (ii) only, such failure to perform or comply shall continue unremedied or waived for five Business Days; or

Breach of Certain Covenants. Failure of the Borrower to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in Section 5.02 5.1(vi), Section 5.3 (with respect to the existence of the Borrower only), Section 5.7, Section 5.8, Section 5.9 or Article 6 of this Agreement.Section 6; or

Breach of Certain Covenants. Failure of the any Borrower to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in subsection 6.1(vi)(a) or Section 5.02 or Article 6 of this Agreement.7; or
