Common use of Box Service Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Box Service Subscriptions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement Box shall: (i) make the Box Service available to Customer during the applicable Subscription Period; (ii) allow Administrator(s) to access and use the Administrative Console to create and administer Accounts; and (iii) allow Users to store, retrieve, collaborate and share Content through the Box Service. Customer may only use the Box Service in accordance with the usage limits which may be found in either the Order or the product feature matrix and correspond to the Customer’s subscription level plan.
