Boundary Descriptions. The boundaries of the Units are shown on the Survey Map and Plans and are as follows: The vertical boundary between two Units is the centerline of the party wall separating the Units, thereby including within each Unit the portions of all studs, lath, furring, wallboard, plasterboard, plaster, paneling, tiles, wallpaper, paint, and any other materials constituting any part of the wall assembly located on that Unit’s side of the centerline. The vertical boundary between the Unit and the portions of the Building Exterior that contain exterior glass is the interior surface of the glass and a straight line through the intervening spaces, columns or walls Seattle-3348136.7 0055081-00001 to its intersection with the interior surface of the adjoining glass. Otherwise, the vertical boundary between the Unit and Common Elements is the inside face of the studs within the exterior walls of the Unit or, if such portions of the Unit’s boundaries do not include studs, the interior surface of the drywall or other building materials that comprise such walls.
