Common use of Both Clause in Contracts

Both. a. Notice of transfer shall be given to the teacher as soon as possible and under normal circumstances no later than the end of the school year. b. In the event of a change in circumstances or conditions during the months of June through August, such transfers may be changed. The administration shall make reasonable efforts to timely notify teachers so affected by such changes.
