Common use of Borrowers’ Agent Clause in Contracts

Borrowers’ Agent. Each Borrower, by executing this Agreement or by entering into an Assumption Letter becoming a party to this Agreement, appoints the Company as its agent for purposes of carrying out the obligations and enforcing the rights of the Borrowers hereunder. All notices to be given to the Borrowers hereunder may be delivered to the Company as agent for the Borrowers and all actions to be taken by a Borrower hereunder may be taken by such Borrower or by the Company as agent for such Borrower.
