BORROWER'S AFFIRMATIVE COVENANTS. Each Borrower covenants and agrees that, so long as any of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until payment in full of all of the Loans and other Obligations and the cancellation or expiration of all Letters of Credit, unless Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give prior written consent, such Borrower shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, all covenants in this Section 6.

BORROWER'S AFFIRMATIVE COVENANTS. Each Borrower covenants and agrees that, so long as any that until (i) all of the Commitments hereunder shall remain in effect and until have been terminated; (ii) payment in full of all of the Loans and Loans; (iii) payment in full of all other Obligations then due and payable; and (iv) the cancellation or expiration of all Letters of Credit, unless Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give prior written consent, such Borrower shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, all covenants in this Section 6.

Each Borrower covenants and agrees that, so long as any of the Commitments hereunder shall remain be in effect and until payment in full of all of the Loans Obligations (other than Inchoate Indemnity Obligations) and other Obligations and the cancellation or expiration termination of all Lender Letters of Credit, unless the Requisite Lenders shall otherwise give their prior written consent, such Borrower shall performperform and comply with, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to performperform and comply with, all covenants in this Section 65 applicable to such Person.
