Booth. The Premises is located in ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇-▇▇ on the ground floor of Tianjin Free Trade Zone International Automall, ▇▇.▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Free Trade Zone. The area of the office is 49.50 square meters (including 10% public shared area). The space area for rental pricing of this booth is 81 square meters. See appendix for specific location.
Booth. 5.1 You will be issued with a Booth reference number upon the finalization and release of an official Show floor plan by the Show Sydney. 5.2 The Exhibitor must pay the Exhibit Fee in accordance with clause 6. 5.3 You acknowledge and agree that: (a) the installation and removal of all booth shells, whether provided by the Show Sydney or by You, must be installed by an Approved Contractor; and (b) You are responsible for arranging the transportation of any property, materials, exhibits and equipment used by You to and from the Venue at Your own expense.

Booth. CMSA Chicago reserves the right to restrict exhibits which, because of noise, method of operation, materials or any other reason, become objectionable and also to prohibit or remove any exhibit, which in the opinion of CMSA Chicago may detract from the general nature of the exposition.

The kit quotes prices for equipment and services such as: a) tables, chairs and other furniture, b) carpeting, c) labor, d) drayage, e) telephones, f) computer rental, g) signs, h) cleaning and i) special electrical services. No discounts will be made for items/services not utilized.
Booth. Seller shall and hereby does assign to Buyer the right to occupy the trade show booth reserved in the name of the Seller at the Orlando PGA of America Trade Show to be held in January 1998. Seller shall have the right to use a portion of Buyer's display booth of between 300 and 400 square feet for no cost. Such space may only be used by Seller to promote its insert putter lines. The Seller's display booth shall be prominantly separated from the Buyer's booth.

Veškeré dotazy ohledně faktur Místa provádění klinického hodnocení nebo plateb je třeba směřovat na společnost DrugDev, jejíž kontaktní údaje jsou uvedeny v Příloze A.
