Books and Records; Inspection and Copying. The Administrator shall keep (or cause to be kept) appropriate, and reasonably detailed and accurate, books and records of all its activities pursuant to this Agreement. The Trustees shall have the right to inspect such books and records during the Administrator's normal business hours upon reasonable request, and to make copies of the same at the expense of the Trust.
