Common use of Books and Records Concerning the Property Clause in Contracts

Books and Records Concerning the Property. NAI shall keep books and records that are accurate and complete in all material respects for the Property and, subject to Paragraph 16.(c), will permit all such books and records (including all contracts, statements, invoices, bills and claims for labor, materials and services supplied for the construction and operation of any Improvements) to be inspected and copied by BNPLC. This subparagraph shall not be construed as requiring NAI to regularly maintain separate books and records relating exclusively to the Property; provided, however, that upon request, NAI shall construct or abstract from its regularly maintained books and records information required by this subparagraph relating to the Property.
