Scheduled Term. The term of this Lease (the “Term”) will commence on the Effective Date and will end on the first Business Day of January, 2015, unless extended as provided in subparagraph 1(B) or sooner terminated as expressly provided in other provisions of this Lease.
Scheduled Term. The term of this Land Lease (the "TERM") shall commence on and include the Effective Date, and end on the first Business Day of March, 2005, unless sooner terminated as expressly herein provided.

Scheduled Term. Subject to your continued employment with the Company upon the occurrence of the “Effective Date” (as defined under the Joint Plan of Reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code filed by the Company (the “Plan of Reorganization”)), the term of this Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and end as stated in your Schedule (your “Scheduled Term”).

Notwithstanding the preceding, if the Effective Date does not occur within 130 days of the Execution Date, this Agreement shall be deemed immediately terminated and no obligations of the parties to one another shall thereafter accrue under this Agreement except as this Agreement expressly provides for the survival of certain obligations or provisions.

Notwithstanding the preceding, if the Effective Date does not occur within 130 days of the Execution Date, this Agreement shall be deemed immediately terminated and no obligations of the parties to one another shall thereafter accrue under this Agreement except as this Agreement expressly provides for the survival of certain obligations or provisions.
