Consent Not a Waiver. No consent by BNPPLC to a sale, assignment, transfer, mortgage, pledge or hypothecation of this Lease or NAI’s interest hereunder, and no assignment or subletting of the Property or any part thereof in accordance with this Lease or otherwise with BNPPLC’s consent, will release NAI from liability hereunder; and any such consent will apply only to the specific transaction thereby authorized and will not relieve NAI from any requirement of obtaining the prior consent of BNPPLC to any further sale, assignment, transfer, mortgage, pledge or hypothecation of this Lease or any interest of NAI hereunder.

Consent Not a Waiver. The grant or waiver of any one or more of such consents shall not render unnecessary any subsequent consent, nor shall the grant of any such consent constitute a waiver of any other rights of the City, as required in this Section 9.
Consent Not a Waiver. It is understood and agreed that the granting of any consent or approval by the FCRHA to Tenant to perform any act of Tenant requiring the FCRHA’s consent or approval under the terms of this Lease, or the failure on the part of the FCRHA to object to any such action taken by Tenant without the FCRHA’s consent or approval (except in any instance where the FCRHA has been deemed to have consented to or deemed to have approved something as expressly provided in this Lease), the FCRHA shall not be deemed to have waived its right to require such consent or approval, nor for any further similar act by Tenant for which approval or consent is required. Tenant hereby expressly covenants and warrants that as to all matters requiring the FCRHA’s consent or approval under the terms of this Lease Tenant shall secure such consent or approval for each and every happening of the event requiring such consent or approval, and shall not claim any waiver on the part of the FCRHA of the requirement to secure such consent or approval.

Consent Not a Waiver. Franchisor's consent to an assignment by the Franchise Owner granted herein shall not constitute a waiver of any claims it may have against the transferring party, nor shall it be deemed a waiver of Franchisor's right to demand exact compliance with any of the terms of this Agreement by the transferee.
