BOOKING REPRESENTATIVES. All bookings shall be the responsibility of a booking official appointed by the City, and the Union shall designate one of its representatives to attend. If an employee is unable to be present at a booking, the employee shall be booked by the City and Union representatives, having due regard for seniority.
