Common use of Book of Account Clause in Contracts

Book of Account. The Named Fiduciary acting by and through the Committee and the Trustees shall keep accurate and detailed accounts of all investments, receipts, disbursements and other transactions hereunder. Within ninety (90) days following the close of each Fiscal Year and at the request of the Company ninety (90) days after the removal or resignation of any Trustee as provided in Section 15.1(c), the Trustees shall file with the Company a written account setting forth all investments, receipts, disbursements, allocations and other transactions effected by the Trustees during such Fiscal Year or during the period from the close of the last Fiscal Year to the date of such removal or resignation.
