Common use of Bonus Programs Clause in Contracts

Bonus Programs. The Executive will be entitled to participate in any and all bonus plans of the Bank for its senior executive officers, whether such bonus plans are presently existing or may hereafter be implemented by the Bank. The Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any benefit programs applicable to all employees of the Bank in accordance with the Bank policy and the provisions of said benefit programs.

Bonus Programs. The Executive will be entitled to participate in any and all bonus plans of the Bank for its senior executive officers, whether such bonus plans are presently existing or may hereafter be implemented by the Bank. The Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any benefit programs applicable to all employees of the Bank in accordance with the Bank policy and the provisions of said benefit programs, including participation in the Bank’s 401(k) plan as in effect from time to time, which shall include the Bank matching Executives contribution’s to the same up to maximum of Four percent (4%) of Executive’s Base Salary.

The Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any benefit programs which are applicable to all employees of the Bank or to executive employees of the Bank in accordance with the Bank policy policy, and the provisions of said benefit programs. This Agreement, which provides certain additional benefits, does not preclude the Executive’s participation in such other plans of the Bank.
