Bonus Pay. 1. Eight (8) hours pay will be granted annually, during the pay period that includes July 1, to all full-time bargaining unit members. 2. Staff who have completed one year or more at the top of the pay range will receive eight 8 hours pay (pro-rated for part-time staff). This pay is in addition to the pay that all full-time staff receive under paragraph E-1 above.
