Common use of Bonus Pay Clause in Contracts

Bonus Pay. The Corporation will pay Employee a fiscal year 2017 bonus based on consolidated Actuant results (the “Bonus Payment”). The Bonus Payment will be determined consistent with the executive bonus plan described in the proxy. The Bonus Payment, subject to all applicable payroll taxes and withholdings, shall be payable on the same payment schedule as all other US employees, but in no event later than December 31, 2017. Employee will not be eligible for any Bonus Pay in fiscal year 2018 and beyond.

The Corporation will pay Employee a 2016 bonus (if any) based on what Employee would have earned on a full 2016 fiscal year 2017 bonus basis based on consolidated Actuant Industrial Segment results (the “Bonus Payment”).
