Common use of Bond Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Bond Purchase Agreement. This Bond is the "Bond" referred to in, and entitled to the benefits of, the Series G Bond Purchase Agreement dated as of even date herewith, made by and among FFB, the Borrower, and the Administrator of the Rural RUS Utilities Service, a Rural Development agency of the United States Department of Agriculture ("RUS") (such agreement, as it may be amended, supplemented, and restated from time to time in accordance with its terms, being the "Bond Purchase Agreement").

Bond Purchase Agreement. This Bond is the "Bond" referred to in, and entitled to the benefits of, the Series G S Bond Purchase Agreement dated as of even date herewith, made by and among FFB, the Borrower, and the Administrator of the Rural RUS Utilities Service, a Rural Development agency of the United RUS States Department of Agriculture ("RUS") (such agreement, as it may be amended, supplemented, and restated from time to time in accordance with its terms, being the "Bond Purchase Agreement").

Bond Purchase Agreement. This Bond is the "Bond" referred to in, and entitled to the benefits of, the Series G T Bond Purchase Agreement dated as of even date herewith, made by and among FFB, the Borrower, and the Administrator of the Rural RUS Utilities Service, a Rural Development agency of the United RUS States Department of Agriculture ("RUS") (such agreement, as it may be amended, supplemented, and restated from time to time in accordance with its terms, being the "Bond Purchase Agreement").

Bond Purchase Agreement. This Bond is the "Bond" referred to in, and entitled to the benefits of, the Series G A Bond Purchase Agreement dated as of even date herewith, made by and among FFB, the Borrower, and the Administrator of the Rural RUS Utilities Service, a Rural Development agency of the United RUS States Department of Agriculture ("RUS") (such agreement, as it may be amended, supplemented, and restated from time to time in accordance with its terms, being the "" Bond Purchase Agreement").

This Bond is the "Bond" referred to in, and entitled to the benefits of, the Series G M Bond Purchase Agreement dated as of even date herewith, made by and among FFB, the Borrower, and the Administrator of the Rural RUS Utilities Service, a Rural Development agency of the United States Department of Agriculture ("RUS") (such agreement, as it may be amended, supplemented, and restated from time to time in accordance with its terms, being the "Bond Purchase Agreement").

This Bond is the "Bond" referred to in, and entitled to the benefits of, the Series G K Bond Purchase Agreement dated as of even date herewith, made by and among FFB, the Borrower, and the Administrator of the Rural RUS Utilities Service, a Rural Development agency of the United States Department of Agriculture ("RUS") (such agreement, as it may be amended, supplemented, and RUS restated from time to time in accordance with its terms, being the "Bond Purchase Agreement").

This Bond is the "Bond" referred to in, and entitled to the benefits of, the Series G P Bond Purchase Agreement dated as of even date herewith, made by and among FFB, the Borrower, and the Administrator of the Rural RUS Utilities Service, a Rural Development agency of the United RUS States Department of Agriculture ("RUS") (such agreement, as it may be amended, supplemented, and restated from time to time in accordance with its terms, being the "Bond Purchase Agreement").
