BONA FIDE REQUEST PROCESS. 19.1 Any request for Interconnection or access to an unbundled Network Element that is not already available as described herein shall be treated as a Bona Fide Request (BFR). USWC shall use the BFR Process to determine the terms and timetable for providing the requested Interconnection or access to unbundled Network Elements, if available, and the technical feasibility of new/different points of Interconnection. USWC will administer the BFR Process in a non- discriminatory manner.
