Common use of Bona Fide Receivables Clause in Contracts

Bona Fide Receivables. Each Receivable is or will be an account receivable arising out of the performance by the applicable Originator in accordance with the terms of the Contract giving rise to such Receivable. The Seller has no knowledge of any fact which should have led it to expect at the time of the classification of any Receivable as an Eligible Receivable that such Receivable would not be paid in full when due, and each Receivable classified as an Eligible Receivable by the Seller in any document or report delivered under this Agreement satisfies the requirements of eligibility contained in the definition of Eligible Receivable set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
