Common use of Bona Fide Receivables Clause in Contracts

Bona Fide Receivables. The Seller has no knowledge of any fact which should have led it to expect at the time of the classification of any Receivable as an Eligible Receivable that such Receivable would not be paid in full when due, and each Receivable classified as an Eligible Receivable by the Seller in any document or report delivered by the Seller under this Agreement satisfies on the date of its sale hereunder the requirements of eligibility contained in the definition of Eligible Receivable set forth herein.
