Common use of Bona Fide Receivables Clause in Contracts

Bona Fide Receivables. Each Receivable is an obligation of an Obligor arising out of a past, current or future sale or performance by the applicable Originator, in accordance with the terms of the Contract giving rise to such Receivable. The Seller has no knowledge of any fact that should have led it to expect at the time of the initial creation of an interest in any Receivable hereunder that such Receivable would not be paid in full when due except with respect to any Dilution. Each Receivable classified as an “Eligible Receivable” by the Seller in any document or report delivered hereunder satisfies the requirements of eligibility contained in the definition of Eligible Receivable.
