Common use of Boiler and Machinery Clause in Contracts

Boiler and Machinery. If the Boiler and Machinery equipment is put in service prior to the expiration of the builder's risk policy and prior to certification of building completion the Manager shall notify the Owner so that the Owner may exercise its option to purchase Boiler and Machinery coverage if needed.
