Boat Launch Closure Sample Clauses
Boat Launch Closure. User intends to hold the event the same weekend each year of this Agremeement, from the last Thursday in July through the following Sunday. However these dates may be adjusted by User upon exercising its right to use the Boat Launch Area under Subsection B. During this period of use, User will be authorized to close public access to and use of the Boat Launch Area, including access to and use by both land and water, on:
(1) Thursday & Friday: From 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
(2) Saturday & Sunday: From 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Boat Launch Area will remain closed to the public during the authorized times and will reopen to the public no later than one hour immediatly following the end of the Event competition. Superintendent and User may mutually agree to adjust the hours of closure based on needs of the event within a 2 hour timeframe. For each annual Event, if User exercises its right to use the Boat Launch Area under Subsection B, the final closure schedule, consistent with this Subsection, shall be mutually agreed upon by the City and the User no later than June 1.
Boat Launch Closure. User shall have the exclusive use of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Boat Launch, and surrounding area, during the approved closure dates, as shown on Exhibit A, which is attached and incorporated herein (the “Boat Launch Area”). In planning the Event and the closure, efforts shall be made to minimize impact on lake and park access.
