BOARD’S RESPONSIBILITIES. The following shall be responsibilities of the Board. 1. Providing information regarding the location and boundaries of site. 2. Furnishing Housing Board Schedule of rates and local materials, prevailing market rates and other documents pertaining to the site of Chhattisgarh. 3. Preparing and inviting tender awarding of works supervision the work under Construction and discharging all the liabilities of various contractor engaged in the work. 4. Taking note of the observation made by the Architect or his authorised representative on their inspections / Visits and ensuring the corrections of deficiencies in the works pointed out by them. 5. Information monthly progress to the Architect. 6. Supervising day-to-day construction activities at the site and co-ordinating amount the various contractors.
BOARD’S RESPONSIBILITIES. The Board will provide the following assistance in the performance of services under this Task Order: • Provide documents, maps, plans, specifications, and other support information, to the extent reasonably available. • Compensation by the Board to the Engineer will be as described above.

BOARD’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 2.1. The Board’s acceptance of the deposited money as well as the posting of any reward therefrom shall be at the sole discretion of the Board after considering the review and recommendation of the Chief of Police of the Peel Regional Police (the “Chief”). 2.2. The Board hereby undertakes to keep the identity of the Donor confidential, if so requested by the Donor, and as acknowledged at the end of this Agreement. 2.3. The Board, upon the recommendation of the Chief, shall determine the timing of the posting and public announcement of the reward, or part thereof. 2.4. Otherwise, the Board shall delegate responsibility to the Chief for the approval and release of any advertisements, publications or notices respecting the reward. 2.5. Members and employees, or the immediate family of a member or employee, of the Peel Regional Police, the Regional Municipality of Peel Police Services Board or any other law enforcement agency (such definition to be determined by the Board in its sole discretion) shall not be entitled to claim any reward monies. The Board retains ultimate authority to decide, in its discretion, a person’s eligibility for the payment of any reward monies. The identity of any person claiming a reward shall remain anonymous unless the Board approves the disclosure of this information. 2.6. The Board shall not consider any requests for payment of the reward or part thereof, until the conclusion of the relevant trial(s) and any appeals therefrom.
BOARD’S RESPONSIBILITIES a. The Board shall provide access for the specially assigned MPD officers to the above-defined areas of the designated school(s) as necessary for MPD to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

BOARD’S RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Copies of the finalized agreement shall be printed at the expense of the Board and presented to all teachers now employed or hereafter employed by the Board. B. Loss to teachers' property due to vandalism during the regular school day or while attending required school functions will be paid by the Board unless covered by personal insurance or school insurance, or due to gross negligence by the teacher as determined jointly by the Board and the Association. C. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment and audiovisual equipment, computers, art supplies, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, and similar materials are tools of the teaching profession. The parties will confer from time to time for the purpose of improving the selection and use of such educational tools and means and methods of instruction and the Board undertakes promptly to implement all joint decisions thereon made by its representative and the Association. The Board agrees at all times to keep the schools reasonably and properly equipped and maintained to the best of their ability. D. Only adult secretarial help may handle teachers' private records.
BOARD’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 4.1. The Board agrees to appoint the District Principal of Aboriginal Education and/or designate to lead the implementation of the Local Education Agreement.
