Common use of Board’s Inspection Clause in Contracts

Board’s Inspection. If, for any reason, the Board or its Program Manager deems it necessary to cause the Project to be examined by the Program Manager prior to making any Advance, it shall have a reasonable time within which to do so. The Board and its Program Manager shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice, to enter the Project at all reasonable times for the purpose of examining and inspecting the Project. The Board and its Program Manager shall also have the right at all reasonable times to examine the books and records of the Contracting Party regarding the Project.
