Common use of Board Plan Clause in Contracts

Board Plan. As a requirement to reside in College housing, the student must purchase one of two board plans, either a 14 meal/week plan or a 19 meal/week plan. The student must select one of the two board plans when the student submits this Contract. By signing this contract, the student agrees to and has read the disclosure statement.
