Board Plan. As a requirement to reside in College housing, the student must purchase one of two board plans, either a 14 meal/week plan or a 19 meal/week plan. The student must select one of the two board plans when the student submits this Contract. By signing this contract, the student agrees to and has read the disclosure statement. All students residing in a space without an in-unit kitchen are required to have a meal plan. No request to change Student’s board plan will be honored or processed during the Term. The Student acknowledges that no dining service is available between December 15, 2018 and January 6, 2019 & March 23, 2019 and March 31, 2019. Board plan benefits, including meals and Maroon Dollars, do not transfer if the student changes their board plans in any way. Board plan values, including Maroon Dollars, will roll forward between quarters within an academic year, but any remaining meal plan value at the end of the spring quarter will be forfeited.

The Board Plan includes fourteen all-you-can-eat meals at the Marketplace per week: five breakfasts Monday through Friday, seven dinners, and two brunches (Monday through Sunday dinner, Saturday and Sunday brunch). See the chart below for specific service dates. • After leaving the facility, a participant cannot re-enter during the same meal period. • The Board Plan includes four guest meal passes per semester. Food Points: • Food Points will be allocated each semester. Although unused fall Food Points will remain in the account for use during the spring semester, spring semester plans must be purchased in full. Cancellation of the spring plan will result in forfeiture of any unused fall Food Points. Spring semester Food Points will not be available before spring semester begins. • The participant will have access to Food Points from August 22, 2022 through 11:59pm on May 14, 2023. • The participant may add up to $1,500.00 in additional Food Points per semester (in increments of $25.00) to the selected dining plan during the term of the contract. These additional Food Points are charged to the participant’s Bursar account and will be subject to the Refund Policy. Cancellation Policy:
