BOA Sample Clauses

A BOA, or Basic Ordering Agreement, is a contractual arrangement that establishes the terms and conditions under which future orders or contracts may be issued between parties, typically a buyer and a supplier. It sets out general provisions such as pricing, delivery, and payment terms, but does not itself obligate either party to specific purchases until individual orders are placed under the agreement. This clause streamlines the procurement process by pre-negotiating key terms, reducing the need for repeated negotiations, and providing a flexible framework for ongoing transactions.
