Common use of Blue Sky Services Clause in Contracts

Blue Sky Services. (a) Prepare such reports, applications and documents (including reports regarding the sale and redemption of shares in the Fund as may be required in order to comply with Federal and state securities laws) to register the shares in the Fund (“Shares”) with state securities authorities, monitor the sale of Shares for compliance with state securities laws, and file with the appropriate state securities authorities the registration statements and reports for the Fund and the Shares and all amendments thereto, to register and keep effective the registration of the Fund and the Shares with state securities authorities to enable the Fund to make a continuous offering of its Shares.

Blue Sky Services. (a) Prepare such reports, applications and documents (including reports regarding the sale and redemption of shares in the Fund Client as may be required in order to comply with Federal and state securities laws) to register shares issued by the shares in the Fund Client (“Shares”) with state securities authorities, monitor the sale of Shares for compliance with state securities laws, and file with the appropriate state securities authorities the registration statements and reports for the Fund Client and the Shares and all amendments thereto, to register and keep effective the registration of the Fund Client and the Shares with state securities authorities to enable the Fund Client to make a continuous offering of its Shares.

Blue Sky Services. (a) Prepare such reports, applications and documents (including reports regarding the sale and redemption of shares in the Fund Client as may be required in order to comply with Federal and state securities laws) as may be necessary or desirable to register the shares in the Fund Client (“Shares”) with state securities authorities, monitor the sale of Shares for compliance with state securities laws, and file with the appropriate state securities authorities the registration statements and reports for the Fund Client and the Shares and all amendments thereto, as may be necessary or convenient to register and keep effective the registration of the Fund Client and the Shares with state securities authorities to enable the Fund Client to make a continuous offering of its Shares.

Blue Sky Services. (a) Prepare such reports, applications and documents (including reports regarding the sale and redemption of shares in the Fund Funds as may be required in order to comply with Federal and state securities laws) to register the shares in of the Fund Funds (“Shares”) with state securities authorities, monitor the sale of Shares for compliance with state securities laws, and file with the appropriate state securities authorities the registration statements and reports for the Fund Funds and the Shares and all amendments thereto, to register and keep effective the registration of the Fund Funds and the Shares with state securities authorities to enable the Fund Funds to make a continuous offering of its Sharestheir Shares pursuant to Service Provider’s state registration, renewal and sales reporting Rule 38a-l Compliance Procedures, which shall be made available to the Client upon request.

(a) Prepare such reports, applications and documents (including reports regarding the sale and redemption of shares in the Fund Trust as may be required in order to comply with Federal and state securities laws) to register the shares in the Fund Trust (“Shares”) with state securities authorities, monitor the sale of Shares for compliance with state securities laws, and file with the appropriate state securities authorities the registration statements and reports for the Fund Trust and the Shares and all amendments thereto, to register and keep effective the registration of the Fund Trust and the Shares with state securities authorities to enable the Fund Trust to make a continuous offering of its Shares.
