Bleeding. The paint shall have a minimum bleeding ratio of 0.97 when tested in accordance with Federal Specification TT-P- 1952E. The asphalt saturated felt shall conform to ASTM D 226 for Type I. No less than 50 gal of sand shall be required for removal of the paint film when tested in accordance with Federal Specification TT-P-1952E.
