Biospecimens Clause Samples
Biospecimens. If Collaborator possesses any human Biospecimens from clinical trials under the CRADA, the Biospecimens must be handled as described in the Protocol or as otherwise directed by NCI before the termination date of the CRADA.
Biospecimens. All data arising from research using CLSA biospecimens will be returned to the CLSA with exclusive use by the researcher who obtained funding for and produced the analyses lasting for a period of one year after which the data will be made available to all researchers.
