Bioslopes Sample Clauses
Bioslopes. Complete bioslopes as shown in the construction Plans, or as modified by the Engineer, after final grade and stabilization of the area upstream of each bioslope is reached. If this is not feasible, stormwater flow shall be diverted around the bioslope and the bioslope protected with temporary erosion and sediment control measures. Contractor shall maintain the bioslope after construction as outlined in the GDOT Stormwater System Inspection and Maintenance Manual until the project is turned over.
Bioslopes. Bioslope drains are paid for at the Contract Unit Price per each. The outlet control structure, any outlet pipe, any pretreatment, any signage, and any outlet apron and/or other energy dissipation devices are paid for in the overall cost of the bioslope. Payment is full compensation for: Furnishing the material and labor Preparation and grading required to construct bioslopes Installation of the drainage aggregate, collector pipes, bioslope soil media, nonwoven filter fabric, and turf reinforcement matting 1, as shown in the details for construction of bioslope drains Any incidentals such as but not limited to pipe fittings and connections required to construct the bioslope
Bioslopes. Permanent bioslopes are measured for payment by the entire bioslope complete in place and accepted. The outlet control structure, underdrain system, any outlet pipe, any pretreatment, any signage, and any outlet apron and/or other energy dissipation devices are included in the lump sum cost of the bioslope. Permanent grassing is not measured and paid for separately.
