Binding on Subcontractors. The provisions of paragraphs 4.01 - 4.08 shall also apply to all of CONTRACTOR's subcontractors. CONTRACTOR shall include the non- discrimination and compliance provisions of these paragraphs in all subcontracts to perform work or provide services under this Agreement.
