Common use of BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC Clause in Contracts

BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. The agreements, conditions, covenants, and terms herein contained, shall in every case, apply to, be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective parties hereto, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, with the same force and effect as is specifically mentioned in each instance where a party hereto is named.
