BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. The agreements, conditions, covenants, and terms herein contained, shall in every case, apply to, be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective parties hereto, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, with the same force and effect as is specifically mentioned in each instance where a party hereto is named.
BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. It is further agreed by the parties to this Lease that all of the covenants and agreements enumerated herein shall be binding upon both parties' legal representatives, heirs and assigns throughout the life of this instrument.
BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. This Agreement and everything herein contained shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Parties hereto and upon those persons and/or corporations hereafter acquiring title to all or any part of the Lands.
BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties. However, the Executive acknowledges that this contract is a personal service contract and the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Executive hereunder including the right to receive compensation, may not be delegated or assigned, pledged or hypothecated without the express written consent of the Bank.
BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. This Agreement is solely between the Company and the Executive and shall be binding upon the parties to this Agreement, their heirs, assigns, successors, executors and administrators.
BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. This Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto; except that nothing in this paragraph contained shall authorize an assignment of the interest of Tenant herein without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. The covenants and agreements herein contained shall insure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns. When any reference is herein made to the Landlord or to the Tenant, the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine or the neuter. It is mutually agreed that this instrument contains and expresses all of the agreements and understandings of the parties in regard to the subject matter of the agreement, and no implied covenant, agreement, or obligation shall be read into this agreement or imposed upon the parties or either of them.
BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. This Waiver is made by Executive on behalf of himself, his heirs, executors, representatives, successors and assigns, and is intended to be binding upon Executive and his heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. This Waiver is made by Employee on behalf of himself, his heirs, executors, representatives, successors and assigns, and is intended to be binding upon Employee and his heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. This Subscription Agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, estate, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
